Hummingbird Congestion Zone

When hurricane winds stall out your migration

I noticed after Hurricane Katrina / Rita, and I notice it anew with Hurricane Ida. As soon as the wind let me put the feeders back up, hordes of battling Ruby-throated Hummingbirds have appeared for a feeding frenzy while they stack up to wait for the wind to blow their way.
